WHY IS TRAINING IMPORTANT?

The classical model of school education is undoubtedly a useful mode of teaching but only till foundational level and in the era of growing population and regressing rate of employment, the practical training model of education system has proved be one of the most reliable methods to make the students ready to join the workforce with equipped skills necessary to become a competent professional.

Technical education system is incomplete without practical demonstrations, live learning. In the process of learning and teaching, we ought to unlearn the wrong concepts and relearn the various aspects of various fields of study and innovations. Doing so helps us to nurture our mind to get ready to apply same systemic, intelligent approach while solving the real-life problems.

OUR ALUMNI NETWORK

Our alumni are working in leadership position across various MNCs across India and Abroad. Contributing to all the sectors of pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare system. More than 65% of pass out batch students are working in various departments other than government bodies like in Hospital setups as Pharmacists, Quality Control, Quality Department, Regulatory Affairs, Business executives, Production Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals Products marketing and distributions, Pharmacovigilance and CTDM (Clinical Trials Data Management). More than 40% of pass out batches of students are successful Entrepreneurs and Academicians and Researchers. Many young pools of MET-FOP graduates are engaged in building their startups and progressing their family businesses pan India.

DEPARTMENT OF TRAINING, PLACEMENT AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS

Under the leadership of the Director, Moradabad Educational Trust Group of Institutions Faculty of Pharmacy (METFOP) and Dean of training, placement, and corporate affairs (TPCA), the dedicated team of TPOs works for the organizing the trainings and workshops and all other Placement Activities in campus with Placement coordinators across all the departments in the Moradabad Institute of Technology Groups of Institutions (MITGI) campus.

The placement drive is organized every month at TPCA department for all the students of MIT Group of institutions Constituents departments. The total companies having tie ups with our TPCA department are 500+. The department is always thrived for the pharmaceutical companies for dedicated campus hiring of our Pharmacy Students so that none stays unemployed.

Since its inception, Moradabad Educational Trust Group of Institutions Faculty of Pharmacy has remained focused on developing Human Resources of the highest quality, capable of holding their rightful place in today’s intensely competitive world. Hence, the cell has been created and is now under the stewardship of the Director (Corporate Relations) of the Institute. In particular, the cell provides assistance and guidance to students in their practical training and suitable employment in leading companies/organizations through campus and off-campus interviews.

The objective of the placement cell is to place the students of pharmacy in well, recognized industries/ institutions situated throughout different places in India. This part maintains a goal to develop the career of the students studying in this institution as well as to organize different kinds of job opportunities in various organizations. Further to update the knowledge of the students. Thus, the Faculty of Pharmacy, through its Placement Cell ensures a secure, bright, and prosperous future for them.
