Smart Class Room

A digital smart classroom provides increased teaching and learning experience. At the MET Faculty of Pharmacy, we strive to bring lessons to life through interactive lessons that expose students to audio-visual material. With the help of images, graphs, maps, flowcharts, and animated movies, we convey the information utilizing sophisticated learning techniques. Learning becomes easier to understand and more engaging as a result. Students learn and retain the material better and for longer when it is presented visually.

We are all aware that smart courses can easily access online materials because they are connected to computers and the internet. Teachers may almost explain any subject, and students can download and watch previously recorded videos to help them understand. Google & Microsoft 365 for Education are used in this process to facilitate learning and make it more enjoyable for teachers and students. We utilize Google Meet to make it easier for the teachers to conduct online classes and have video conversations. The movies are seen, homework are given, and feedback is given in the grading mechanism via Google Classroom.

Because they frequently take notes in class, students’ focus is often diverted from learning. The smart class, however, allows for direct sharing of notes and presentations with the students. Teachers can also use other technologies to deliver assignments, offer comments, and engage students in discussions.

Paper, pens, ink, pencils, and other writing implements are used less frequently in smart classrooms because they make use of smart devices for learning and teaching. There is no need to write and print information because the lectures are delivered digitally and everything is accessible online. We may claim that this is one of the main advantages of smart courses for maintaining a healthy and green environment.

Students’ attention is increased and boredom is avoided with the aid of intelligent classes. Smart technology is used in the classroom to engage students by presenting animated material such as films, photos, and audio, which improves learning results. In addition to improving the aesthetics of instruction, it facilitates learning by assisting pupils in mentally visualizing subjects.
